Cancelations:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.  Less than 24 hours and "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  We thank you for your understanding.

Running late?  We understand, life is crazy and things happen.  However, if you are running more than 5 minutes late for an appointment under 30 minutes, and 15 minutes late for larger appointment in accordance with our clock.  We may still complete the service but with a shorter duration, or the appointment may have to be rescheduled.  We will do what we can to get you in as soon as possible.

Please let us know if you are going to be late.  No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied.

Giftcards:

Gift Cards are redeemable for services and/ or product purchases.  Gift cards do not expire, are on-transferable, and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.  Card may be used multiple times until the value is depleted and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.  Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.  Gift cards used for prize donations may have a 6 month expiry and a determined service attached to them.  Gift cards that have old logos or unfamiliar appearance may not be honoured if not identified in our computer system.

Gift cards must be presented at time of redemption.

WaySpa:

WaySpa gift cards can be redeemed in our spa.    Wayspa can only be redeemed on full priced services only, and CANNOT be redeemed for retail items.  No balance can be held on partially used cards, the amount will be forfit

Series Purchases:

Must be redeemed within 365 days of purchase.
